Union Picnic Catering

Has your union been looking for an overall change in your annual picnic? Maybe you have been going to an amusement park for many years? Maybe transportation issues impede you’re union from experiencing a very family oriented afternoon away from your headquarters? Or maybe you thought there weren't any other venues that could support the size of your picnic?

If you’re union is located in the Philadelphia area, anywhere in New Jersey, or New York City, my company can provide your union with an experienced team of vendors, getting all your picnic details organized and executed. Any of my picnic campgrounds would be exclusive to your union on picnic day. All of the camps are shaded by trees and handicapped accessible. Swimming, all athletic fields, and modern children’s amenities are common for all of my camps.

Many of the unions have guest lists that exceed one thousand people. Preparing for that amount needs our 17 years of experience. Quality and quantity receive equal attention. And since you would be exclusive to your venue, my entire team will be focused solely on you and your families. There is no waiting in line to use the amenities of the camp and no waiting in line to eat at the barbecue.

Your children will have terrific fun throughout the day! Since your venue is a children’s day camp during the week, they can feel safe and care-free. All the children receive a novelty prize when they first arrive. There are always pony rides and face painting at your venue. Your children will have plenty to eat and drink during a five hour period. Multiple restrooms and change rooms are at each picnic ground.

Since many of your members do not drive, part of our service to you is providing buses that will transport your members and their families from your headquarters to the venue you are utilizing for the day. Hopefully, this will attribute to more members attending the picnic.
