STARTER PACKAGE

Every customer of MBS Caterserve begins building their picnic the same way. Factors such as budget, estimated final guest count, and the needs of the customer are what formulate a customized Picnic for each organization.

MBS Caterserve will provide you with two prices. One for adults over 11 years olds and one for children ages 3-11. Children under 3 are always free. These two prices always include the following items if you have 350 or less paying guests.

• The entrance fee into camp of your selection
  (six hour picnic).
• All lifeguards, maintenance, and parking staff for the day (parking is free).
• A five hour menu consisting of:
  (cheese)hamburgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs, barbecue chicken, corn on the cob, all condiments, homemade cole slaw, homemade potato salad, pretzels, potato chips, fresh fruit, lemonade, and ice water.


• A six hour soda package consisting of:
  RC Cola, Diet RC, 7-UP, and Birch Beer.
• Includes all 12 oz. cups and unlimited ice.
• All service from my caterer. There is NO gratuity added to your bill.
• A novelty prize for all children ages 3-11.
• Pony rides for one hour.
• A face painter for two hours.
• Your organization’s balloon colors decorating the pavilion/tent.
• Your organization’s linen table cloth colors on all picnic tables.
• A beautiful banner welcoming your group to the camp.

If your group has a final count over 350 paying guests the following items are added to the Starter Package but not the price:

• A creative, current disc jockey for five hours.
• Sausage, peppers, and onions to your barbecue buffet.
• One more face painter for two hours.
• A restroom valet company tending to the facilities.
