The essence of any great Picnic is the food that is prepared and served to you on your picnic day. We offer a very traditional barbecue buffet which can be expanded based on the food preferences of your organization. During your 5 hour barbecue, your group will be showered with a high quality of presentation and service. For your convenience, we label all items on the barbecue buffet. Cleanliness and safety are always insured at your picnic.

Your “MBS 4 Starters” Barbecue Menu

Quarter pound sirloin hamburgers (American cheese is available)

Dietz & Watson hot dogs (sauerkraut is available)

Barbecue chicken off the grill (legs and thighs are prepared)

Sausage, peppers, and onions (included for 350+ paying guests)

Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, lettuce, onion, pickles, hot peppers, olives, and hot sauce)

Homemade potato salad and homemade cole slaw

Corn on the cob (New Jersey white corn used in season)

Individual one ounce bags of potato chips and pretzels

Fresh sliced fruit (watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe, and oranges)

Self-serve soda package (RC Cola, Diet RC, 7-UP, and Birch Beer)

Country Time lemonade and ice water available all day
